Linux in Turku Page Content Don't put anything here Page Name (for URL) Page Title Breadcrumb Text I am back in Finland today, visiting Turku. (I took a boat from Stockholm to Turku and intend to take a train from here to Helsinki later in the day.) While wondering around, I came across an Internet cafe, which turned out to be 100% Linux. I was wondering before if Linux is known at all in its motherland, but now I know it is. (However, a Linux Internet cafe really should give the user terminal access, not just a web browser.) BTW, it feels good to be back home. Seriously, strangely, having gotten off the boat I've been having this feeling as if I am back home, even though I am in a town I've never been to before. Not sure if this is because after a month here Finland makes more sense to me than Sweden after three days or if it is because Finland is more like Russia to begin with. Photos of Stockholm and Turku coming soon. Stay tuned. Advanced Fields Category 2002200320042005200620072008200920102011201220132014E. AsiaE. EuropeL's FamilyL's FriendsN. AmericaN. EuropeS.
