After Paris we drove to Fontainebleau (stopping at Versailles on the way – pictures coming soon) where we visited a friend of mine from college. In the morning we went to check out the chateau. Château de Fontainebleau was a summer residence of the king in the middle of the large forest (“La Forêt de Fontainebleau”).
