There are parts of Rio where I never hesitate to take our my camera for a picture. There are other parts where I have to think twice. This part of downtown Rio was one of those places. In fact, as I continued walking a few blocks past Rua Acre I started realizing that I was in the area where a gringo like myself probably shouldn’t be.
