XSSFilter could not parse (X)HTML:
<p>We just had a little earthquake in San Francisco.  No damage, but it
seemed strong enough that it would be hard to not notice it.  It
turned out there USGS has a
<a href="http://quake.usgs.gov/recenteqs/">website</a> showing the most recent
earthquakes in CA and NV, so this one happened somewhere around Santa
Rosa.</p>
