So, the Pope showed up in Brazil last week. Considering the small small chance that the Pope actually is God’s representative on earth, I will avoid using this space for making any comments about the contributions that His Holyness has made to problems like health or peace on earth. But one thing left me quite amused. A word:

Aparently, that’s what the Pope was driving around São Paulo – a Popemobile. Wikipedia has a picture. What’s funny, is that when I asked people here what the hellheck is a Popemobile, others seemed to know exactly what a Popemobile was and described it to be me in some details. I guess the Popes tend to show up in Brazil more often then they do in San Francisco. I wonder why.
