It was also one of the shortest lived - Vasa sunk within 15 minutes of it's first journey, still in the Stockholm harbor. It lay there until 1960s until it was rediscovered and raised, becoming the centerpiece of Vasamuseet - probably the coolest museum in Stockholm.
